Create a Group Booking

How do I create a group booking?
How do I change the names of individual bookings in a group booking?
1. Creating the Group Booking
Open the booking plan and click on a room to create the first booking for the group.
Fill in all the required data and booking details.

2. Selecting Rooms for the Group Booking
Scroll down to display the room selection for the group booking.
Use the checkboxes to select all rooms that should be included in the group booking.
Note: All desired rooms must be selected before saving the booking.

3. Saving the Group Booking
To complete the group booking, click “Booking” in the main menu to save your selection.
After saving, you can view the created group booking in the system.

4. Changing Guest Names
To change the guest names within the group booking, click on the respective booking.
In the “Search customer” section, you can add the correct guest or edit existing guest data.
